NOTE: All orders are processed thru our manufacture Fuji Bio Science & Richway International in Honolulu, Hawaii. All products are shipped via UPS and must be sent to a street address, delivery signature required, unless otherwise waived.

Please review the refund and shipping policy:

Refund Policy

FujiBio-RichWay will accept returns:

a) 7 days after receipt, returned for a full refund or exchange.

b) after 8 days and up to 14 days of receipt, returned for 70% refund or exchange only

c) after 15 days, and up to 30 days of receipt, for 50% refund or exchange.

After 31 days, there is no refund or exchange
A return authorization form must be completed before any returns can be accepted. 

Shipping Policy

FUJI-BIO-RICHWAY GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:

Our shipping charges are based on standard Mail rates.
Shipping Rates/Schedules for Continental US Only (all items are shipped separately).
Delivery cannot be made to APO/FPO/PO Box Addresses
Call for express mail rates.

Delivery & processing schedule: 14 days (excluding weekends / holidays)
International Shipments: Call for price quote. Price does not include customs and duty tax on any pickup charges.

Hawaiian Islands: Next Day Service only. All transactions must include a 4.166%
general excise tax.

Add $25 more to the above charges for shipments to Guam, US Virgin Island, Alaska and Puerto Rico

DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME:
Some shippers do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time.

GROUND SHIPPING:
Orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Monday through Friday at around 4:30 pm HST.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
For 2nd day air please add $25 per box (pillow and mat are in separate containers and would be $50 additional for both to arrive 2nd Day) Please call for overseas rates. These orders are given top priority. Expedited orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Barring exceptions, these orders ship out Tuesday through Friday around 2:30 PM HST.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Call for rates.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
